Beautiful to watch and a story that everyone can enjoy. A young girl named Fern(Dakota Fanning)is concerned about a tiny pig born runt of the spring litter. The pig is soon named Wilbur(Dominic Scott Kay) and is promised not be the main course for the Christmas meal; and actually get to see the first winter snow. Fern moves Wilbur to her Uncle's barn, where he begins another friendship with a spider named Charlotte(Julia Roberts). This profound bond between Wilbur and Charlotte inspires the other animals around them to join into a most unusual family. Besides Fern and Charlotte, someone else reluctantly comes to aid the welfare of Wilbur... Templeton the Rat(Steve Buscemi). Sam Shepard serves as narrator of this fantastic movie. Other voices that lend life to the animals: John Cleese, Robert Redford, Kathy Bates, Oprah Winfrey, Thomas Haden Church and Cedric the Entertainer.
