Amongst all the massive sitcoms of the 1990's ('Friends'/'Frasier'/'Will and Grace') there were others like this one that were successful and clocked up what would be considered today to be a great run.
Very much in the 'Mork and Mindy' mode, this is a fab sitcom, with some outlandish moments.
Perhaps it could be considered as a one joke show stretched to breaking point, but when the performances given are so good that almost becomes secondary.
