I was compelled to write a review here after watching the movie and this is my first review.
It is impossible to say that the screenplay, BGM, story and the cinematography of the film is brilliant.
After each shot, the curiosity to know what happens next really exhilarates. If you have a good taste for thriller movies go for this and it will never disappoint you.
While watching 'Maanagaram' I got a feeling of the film 'Taxi Driver'(1976) as the whole concept and message it has to convey, has a relation with the latter, I mean the way one analyses from outside, the ill nature of the city and the gradual change in the personal character while responding to the atrocities in the city.
