One Day at a Time (2017–2020)
5/10
Started off as a good show.

Warning: Spoilers
I really enjoyed the first season and Rita Moreno certainly is a highlight! However, after Elena came out, it went downhill. As a gay man myself, I'm all for representing the LGBTQ community on TV. But this... Elena's character is reduced to a cliché lesbian and nothing else. Her girlfriend is just as annoying. As someone said here, every single scene with Elena (after she came out) has been about her being queer. Please, give us a break. It's not funny, it's hardly educational, it's simply annoying. Just try and put some creativity into it.

The idea for the show is good and most actors are doing a fine job. However, after season 1 it became hard to stick to because it felt more like a lecture than a funny TV-show.
