It's not great, nor horrible.
**It took me a few watching and quitting and going back to get into it so I do recommend sticking it out, it gets better 2nd half of season 1.
( Also happened with The Magicians S1 very boring and now I love the show)
Dismiss the high & low reviews and read the others. Those are ones that will be the most truthful/non biased.

It's not real life, it's a tv show, a fantasy tv show at that.
