I like quirky offbeat comedies and am a bid fan of Arrested Development.
Everything felt forced, the comedy felt forced, the 'anger' feels forced, the drama is completely forced and worst of all..the acting is forced. I gave it several episodes and never laughed, smiled or even chuckled once. Being overly bratty, overly annoying, over the top everything does not constitute as funny.
If you are the type of personality that laughs at the simplest of things, maybe this show works for you. If you want your laughs earned, you may be disappointed. This is definitely for the Big Bang Theory/Friends comedy crowd.
