Listen, I did not expect to like a game from the makers of the legendarily atrocious Rambo video game this much. It's seriously the best Terminator game I believe we will ever get. Superb graphics, great controls, well written story with likable characters, perfect aesthetics that captures the feel of the future sections from T1 and T2 perfectly. The Fallout-esque rpg mechanics are well handled and I love the fact they have branching narrative paths with multiple endings. Your choices in this game do matter, and I always appreciate that.
The only problems I have with the game are that the enemy are sometimes not that bright, but then again they're robots, and while the romance options are handled quite well, the "romance scene" is kinda awkward animation wise even if I appreciate the idea and most of the execution behind it.
Fallout meets Mass Effect meets Call Of Duty with a little bit of Far Cry thrown in for good measure: Terminator Resistance is a superb AA title that was wrongfully overlooked I can endorse highly.
