It's a nature series narrated by Sam Neill. His narration is quite soothing. It's a rather short series with only three episodes at an hour each. It's interesting to see New Zealand which is often relegated to a small section of bigger series. This has more humans than the usual nature TV. I'm not sure about the themes of each episode. They can get a little amorphous as the flow jumps around. The pictures are pretty. The landscape is compelling. This is a solid nature doc.
