Review of Harami

Harami (2020)
7/10
A never seen before Emraan Hashmi, two wonderful debuts and a good story
21 January 2021
Harami is the story exposing the underbelly of street life in Mumbai. Featuring never seen before Emraan Hashmi, the new commer Rizwan Shaikh and others, this movie strikes the right chord.

It's a story of a pickpocketer Rizwan Shaikh who develops a conscience after one of his target commits suicide on a railway track. He then helps his daughter Uma(Dhanshree Patil) and slowly starts loving her.

With a gripping storyline and good direction, we get to see some truly heartfelt performances in this movie. Emraan Hashmi playing as a crime boss delivers one of his best performances till date. Most of the cast who plays pickpocketers are debuting and delivers natural performances.

Rizwan Shaikh and Dhanshree Patil actually are the leads of the story and they look good together.

Overall Harami is a well made movie, which can be watched at least once.
