Review of Poor Cow

Poor Cow (1967)
6/10
Too Long
13 May 2021
The film opened with promise. Filmed in a docu-drama style it is hard to imagine they are acting, especially the early scene with Joy and Aunt Emm.

The police/villain confrontation early in the film is quite the most realistic portrayal I think I have ever seen.

Overall it is a quite sad and depressing tale and the repetitiveness of it all stalled the flow. Essentially, I found it start to get boring and too long.
