Well-acted, well-paced, well-researched. I was pleasantly surprised to watch this on Netflix tonight! I didn't expect it to be so good. The actors were all easy on the eyes to begin with but it was even better that they played their roles so well. I thought I'd be distracted by Tom Rodriguez and Jasmine Curtis Smith but this was better than watching a romcom! Because I have an interest in pop spirituality and pop esoteric with all of the astrology and witch talk online, I was extremely satisfied with the consistency and formula with which the exorcism and Occult were portrayed. I had goosebumps from the horror treatment before the title even came on. It's a legit modern Filipino exorcism movie! Coming from watching Trese and its shortcomings, this gave me even more hope in our local horror industry.
