What this show is attempting to do makes sense logically however storylines and scene jumps are so chaotic none of it makes much sense. Even they knew it was going to be confusing so they added the green, red or blue color to a specific Joe to help the audience keep up. This alone can't negate the fact Ordinary Joe is a hot mess when it comes to the script. None of the characters are very likable, with the exception of Lucas, and I blame this on the writers. It's also clear that Joe wants to end up with Jenny in all three possible life paths so that's pretty annoying.
