This is not a film about communism and its sowing of fear (as many have written). The film is about paranoia (regardless of the system and social order). The main actor performed the role brilliantly, but I think that only those who lived under communism can understand the ingenuity of mimicry and dialogue. This is my favorite ex Yugoslavia movie.
