Jared, Simon, their sister Mallory and Mother, Helen, moves into the Spiderwick home. Soon after moving in things start going very wrong as they notice something weird about the estate.

But there are also evil and vicious creatures around us. Evil Ogres will do anything to get their hands on a research book, The Field Guide, which has to be kept within a protective circle around the house at all times. But time is running out and our young heroes must do everything in their power to protect themselves, and humanity.
