This show is pretty much like every other medical drama. It started out with a unique premise, but sadly drops this after a while in favor of the usual soapy relationship drama. Most of the characters are pretty decent, except for Alex. Extremely frustrating decisions made regarding her (that may be the result of actress's pregnancies during the show and a major character departure). The way it all ends is heartbreaking...but worth a watch if you like the doctor dramas.
