This is a b movie or film noir worth watching with supporting with kevin beacon and travis fimmel adding to the protegonist Freddie's journey .This is a very sad story. Not just about cartel and drug pushers. Its a romantic saga of unreqited love, deception and abandoment. Anovel approach by the filmmaker to shoot the entire saga on a bus ride to Cairo , Illinois not Egypt. The pacr is slowand the narrative is confusing for the first 20 minutes. Thennit picks up midway and gets interesting when Kevin Bacon appears. The anti hero becomes the underdog to sympathize and the life of drug dealers is compicated with c omplex relationships full of pathos. I like it.
