Movie takes place somewhere in New Zealand starring Jason Behr as Jake, a renowned tattoo artist who while hanging around on one of the open markets, follows a girl he's attracted to leading him to a Samoan tribe who uses tattoos as a way of tradition, who uses a particular tool they appear to be the ones who know how to use. But before leaving, he steals one of their tools and accidentally cuts his hand with it upon picking it up off the street. And as the film progresses his hand doesn't get any better as it still continues to bleed finding out later that the cut on his hand was really a hex whenever he does any tattoos on anyone. Although this film does have an ending, it was the ending that killed the credibility of the entire film but it was the result of checking out the deleted scenes which also contained the ending that was cut.
