The trailer had me believe that demonic possessions would be more prominent in this movie, rather than 'just' a relatively small part of the story. I'm definitely not complaining, though, it's a far better movie than I expected.
There may not be any "big" Hollywood names aside from the always-great William Sadler and Carol Kane, but the cast still hold their own really well in a story that's really never quite been told like this before. At least as far as I've seen. It's a bit of a slow burn but well worth sticking with.
Honestly, I just hope that everyone involved in this gets a good chance to do more, whether more genre work like this or just more work in general.
