Originally I came to watch this film because of Katherine Isabelle, because as one of the modern day Scream queens, she participated in a broad range of different types of horror films and despite it's poor reviews I really did quite enjoy watching this film. I thought the make-up and overall design of the zombies was applied well Ave unique amongst other depiction of the undead. I believe that the actors did decent jobs as wannabe, pretentious pathologists but also selling the absolute terror and fright when the film reached it's more horrific turns. The ending did, however, let it down; it was almost as of they ran out of money and they then didn't have enough time to round the ending off this settling for a jump scare and a freeze frame.
