Easy to watch. Easy to listen to. Easy to catch up on what I missed. They somehow achieve superficiality and depth at the same time. It's a little soapy, a little Hallmark-y, yet entirely serious, with enough mystery and intrigue to make me stand in front of my TV waiting to see what happens next before I switch my laundry over. Plus, I enjoy the real-life applied science written into the show.
After cycling through my comfort shows for the millionth time, I hit play on this show on a whim.
