Ah Bandit, the good thief. A great dog movie, a funny and sad one. See it, somehow. And nice off-camera work from Kevin Bacon!

I love this film. "A Little Vicious" is an example of what I love about documentary. It is funny, smart and beautifully shot. The characters tell the story. This gives the viewer the feeling that we are there witnessing the whole thing. It is a must see film.
A surprising little gem of a documentary

This film is smarter and funnier than one would expect - sure to spark something for all sorts - sociological students, legal debaters, dog-lovers, film buffs, nearly everyone for one reason or another...
The real-life characters that inhabit this short are better than fiction. From the sad-eyed elderly owner who stands to lose his canine friend, his indignant daughter, the predictably strident news media, to the slightly defensive dog-warden and the spacey but amusingly literate trainer - all engaging due to their own natural idiosyncrasies and great editing. Kevin Bacon's narration is well modulated and timed, and the musical choices are inspired.
Even my mother-in-law loved it!
