Hilarious cut-out animation for fans of Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. The film opens at an elementary school Easter pageant. We're introduced to Nougat (the forgotten candy ingredient) who has some serious self esteem issues. Later that year (at the Halloween pageant) we see that Nougat has undergone some serious changes. The film has a great, dark ending. This was the highlight of the South By Southwest film festival's shorts program and it later toured as part of Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted Animation festival. Unlike most of those Spike and Mike shorts, it's very professionally done. The filmmakers did a great job with the music, editing and camera work. I'm not sure if it's available anywhere, but you should seek it out.
