A sweet,silly and 'harmless snake' episode !

This is a silly,sweet,and rather-funny episode that I really liked !

Vinton Harper is hoping to join a lodge/men's club called 'the cobras' (or 'the vipers' or something like that..)

The entire episode is chock-full of silly plays on words,double entendres,clever puns,and so forth. It really is pretty funny from start to finish !

The lodge costumes/uniforms are very funny-looking,they will give you a good honest laugh for sure,just by-themselves.

The main storyline is straightforward,simple and easy to follow,there is nothing complicated or confusing here in this episode.

Lots of witty cobra play on words. Almost every sitcom has a lodge episode it seems.

Sillier than most!

When Vint gets an invitation to join the secret society of the snakes, he agrees to join and must learn the book which is considered sacred kept against women. So he spends his free time learning to get into the Cobra lodge ignoring his neglected wife, Naomi. He gets help from his nephew, Bubba, in learning all there is to know about the Cobra. It turns out that Iola's father is a member too. When Naomi and Mama decide to switch his cheating cards with recipe cards for his induction ceremony, they learn that it could be not only disastrous, humiliating, and ostracizing for Vint's life. So Mama sneaks into the men's lodge only under the Cobra robe to switch back the cards. Hopefully, Mama doesn't get caught and if she does, how embarrassing for Vint.
