Sadly it is all just drama for dramas sake. Alex, a person whose anger issues led him to try to murder someone turns his back in his father because his mother lied to his father. And now he is supposed to be a sympathetic character because he can't have whatever he wants? They ruined his character.
Nick, who no longer has any scars when he frequently takes his shirt off and only limps now and again and he has to screw up his relationship because he is meant to be with busybody Tess. Sad.
