I am writing this to ask if there is going to be another season of invasion. I have been hooked on this show since day 1 and now it's that time of year that I a fan and maybe even more should be hearing if there is a pilot for the new season. My boyfriend has his lost and he is bragging about getting to see the opening pilot tomorrow night. Hopefully I get that chance soon with my favorite series. Please let me know if it's been canceled or if I get another season to watch where it has been left off. There has to be more fans out there then who has been on this website. All of us fans should stick together and getting those ratings up if it's not to late!!!

I found this to be an excellent show. But the ending left us hanging . Where is Larken ? did she turn hybrid? will she be back healed. That is a question we would like to know. What happened to her? The show ran smoothly all along. And I thought it to be very well written.But we all have questions. Larken was shot. Tom was wondering what to do. So he takes her to the water. Well we all know what will happen when she is put in. Russel comes along. Screaming at Tom what did you do! What did you do! We know what he as done. We don't know the end result. So I think a second season is needed to find out what happened to Larken.Tom looked so lost and puzzled he did not know what was happening. How is Russel going to react to Tom?. Sure we can all imagine how he would react. But we would like to see it for our selves.

The hybrid soldiers are pushing the residents of Homestead from the harbor to the water and Dave calls the Air Force. Tom and Russell try to stop the hybrid while Szura flees with the hybrids, Mariel and four pregnant women. Tom and Russell hunt him down and they find Szura in a hideout that Tom knew. There is a showdown between Tom and Szura. Russell helps Mariel to bring the pregnant women to the water. Meanwhile, Brett and a partner go to Underlay's home to kill Tom. They capture Larkin, Jess, Kira and Rose while waiting for Tom. When he arrives, a tragedy occurs.
"The Last Wave Goodbye" is the last episode of the First Season of "Invasion" and consequently from the whole series since the Second Season was never made. The plot ends in a cliffhanger where the viewer does not know the fate of Larkin. There are also several unanswered question about the fate of Homestead or other important characters. This series is too weak, I agree, but if the producers should have ended with another episode or a movie. Leaving the way they did, shows a great disrespect towards the viewers. My vote is five.
