Most of the episode is taken up with Tasha in premature labour, which sees Isabel Lucas lumbered with a rather thankless role which requires her to moan pathetically a lot, although she acquits herself rather well.The resolution, with Jack somehow managing to talk her round when Irene and a group of trained professionals couldn't, is slightly risible and seems to be largely a plot device to bring the two of them together as they continue to worry about their missing spouses.
