With these first two episodes, Marvel has managed to conquer the sitcom medium and offer a lovely insight into what it would look like with these characters in that medium. This second outing goes a little more into the weird of the show, but never alienates the audience who simply expects some Marvel goodness. You get that. But you have to wait for it a little bit. Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen gets enough chances to explore their comedic timing - nailing it, obviously! - and the new additions are cute, but have not really solidified their ground yet. It feels like we are moving toward to getting new story details and I am excited to see what the hell is actually going on. Hopefully, they do not allow the schtick to overstay its welcome.

So much history

I grew up with some of these old American sitcoms. Bewitched was a favourite and the series so far is caption those things really well. There is something going on in the background that is being hinted at to let you know this isn't likely to last but is a really fun vehicle.
It was really good to see Bettany chanelling his character, and maybe Alan Tudyk's from A Knight's Tale during the 'show'.
Yeah I'm hooked.
Weirdly Wonderful

I'm so glad to be back in this world. I loved these two episodes. Bettany gave it his all and looked like he was having fun, Olsen was as adorable and lovable as ever. The mystery factor is going to be awesome. I think weekly releases could be good for this show. It allows people to speculate all week long about what's really happening. I dig it.
Keep them coming!

Ballsy, Creative, Hilarious, Weird, & A Guaranteed Smash Hit.

Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen are truly a perfect chemistry and match for their characters in this universe.
Marvel took a huge swing with the throwback to the monochrome, but overly pleasant and charming world of nostalgic sitcom television from the 50-60's. This is an absolutely wonderful avenue that I can guarantee will grip and introduce new viewers to the 'golden age' of tv & cinema (respectfully say 80's and older).
Disney and Marvel know exactly what their vision (huh huh *nudge) is for this seemingly impossible roadmap of Marvel (and Star Wars) tv and film future.
This show is going to be a damn smash hit of course, and I would say it is definitely on its fast track to earning that, with this absurdly fun two episodes.

The most clever, and intriguing story that the MCU has produced so far.

And that's saying something for me. Definitely hope to see some more bizarre stuff like this from Marvel. Also what was up with the bee keeper, and the Sword symbol (or seal). After the ending of episode one, I thought 100% that she was just in a lab and the shows writers weren't doing anything like House of M. But now, after she just decidedly said "No" to the man in the beekeeper suit (as if shes not ready for this fantasy to end, or shes not ready for whatever he is) I definitely think she has some control over this reality. Cannot wait to find out more, Imma be thinking up theories all week.
P.S. again, Kathryn Hahn is bae 💓

Wandavision episode two is marvel at it's best the ending is amazing and leaves you wanting more. The acting is amazing with Kathryn Hahn being the stand out comedy wise her little side jokes are so good and so funny. Olsen does an amazing job and there is most likley an emmy coming her way for this. Having never watched Bewitched I do feel as though i missed out on many of the jokes but its a great second episode with the mystery starting to get deeper and deeper
Bewitched meets Life On Mars

Warning: Spoilers
Two episodes in and I'll be honest I'm not sure what this is trying to do.
The writers clearly want to homage Bewitched from the 60s and its a nice touch, but we aren't in the 60s anymore.
Episode two is starting to show a Life On Mars style with certain things being shown that are non fitting to the environment.
The best way to describe this show is Marmite, you'll either love it or hate it, at the moment I'm in the middle, the jury is out.

Intriguing
mrlewismoon16 January 2021
They should've released this series all in one I reckon because we know too little at this rate for me to give it any higher than my score. Intriguing and creative, which is great, and there's a lot to love, but the tropes get a bit tired and overbloated and the humour isn't funny enough. It could get better for me though, and I like what they're trying to do! Also, beeman!
Hmmm

It's far too little for me to care - where is the actual story?
JoeVin2516 January 2021
It just feels like a dragged out joke that lasted 60 minutes too long. They try to pull off something smart, but it feels shallow. They should've swapped between real world and the b&w sit com Verse, would've given us more substance and depth making us care for the character and the world. Instead we get these 30 second clips, sprinkled twice throughout the 1st 2 episodes - teasing us about the world beyond. This setting of the show also gives you the vibe that it was built for a binge-one sitting viewing experience, but then later pushed to the weekly schedule for strategic reasons.
While the rest just feels like filler made with really old pop culture references that most people won't get or care enough to google. The "jokes" on this "comedy" genre show feel forced and to add to that there is freaking laugh track. They should've watched something like Legion to figure out how to do a mind -BENDING show.
I hope I am wrong, I hope it gets better.

Another Slam Dunk

This episode threw in a lot more to the story without revealing too much in just the second episode! A lot of different theories and ideas come to mind with watch more than just the trailers with this episode and I love it. Leaves you wanting more! Cannot wait to see where this goes.
Intriguing still...and much funnier
JamesHunt1816 January 2021
This is episode is both weird and hilarious. The comedy levels here are certainly stepped up and I loved every second of it. It plays with the classic cringe moments you would expect for an old sit-com and integrates it with the marvel elements fans are so fond of. The comedy also is clever contrast to the subtle suspense and confusion in this episode which almost causes viewers , and the characters, to forget that something isn't quite right.
Elizabeth Olsen has always been great as Wanda but this episode features some of my best Vision moments, showcasing Paul Bettany's talent.
The writers so far seem to be only giving us breadcrumbs of the true nature of this show, and for the most part are keeping us in the dark, possibly more so than some characters involved, almost an opposite to the overused dramatic irony of other tv. Other fans may not like this decision, and to each of their own so that's fine, but I'm enjoying the confusion and intrigue, and the way those feelings line up with the tone of the show, and how the characters must also feel.

I have no idea what's going on and I love it
evansjoshyr16 January 2021
Other people have called these first 2 episodes hilarious, but I haven't laughed once. Not because there aren't many good, there certainly are. Its just there is an absolute uneasiness I can't shake. From the moments where the show goes deadly serious, to the bits of colour slowly added through the episode and even in the funny moments. There is just an eerie uneasiness that is hard to define
That isn't to say I haven't enjoyed it, that can't be further from the truth, I'm kind of creeped out by it and intrigued to where it goes next.
Ready for more

Very funny episode. I suspect the plot will take off in the next episode, and I'm all for it.
To the people saying that it's 'boring' and has no real story: that's the point. There is something larger going on, which they (and we) aren't supposed to know yet.

Awsome

Super intriguing, hilarious. All the little clues and details keep you wanting more. The only thing is that I feel you really have to be a hardcore marvel fan to appreciate it. There's so many little details, a standout one being a logo that pops up. However, if you don't know what it is, you won't appreciate the episode as much. So I love it, but some people don't think so simply because they don't understand or pick up on all these little things.
So far so good.

Ran a little too long, but as a fan of classic sitcoms I am really enjoying this show. Not sure they need to jump to the color TV era so quickly, but if it is as good as the first two episodes were then I am on board.
Waste of time
wag460416 January 2021
The 10 seconds of mystery isnt worth 20 mins of unfunny, cringey and boring humor.
The only people I can see enjoying this are people that grew up with 50s/60s sitcoms and super marvel fanboys who are starved for content.
