Jack Palance! What a delightful old ham. He started off on the right foot in the movie business being nominated for an Academy Award for Shane and Sudden Fear then his career declined for a while before he won his Oscar for City Slicker (and did push ups on the stage no less) but before that he hosted this delightful documentary show that I watched faithfully every Sunday. You could tell that this man had a ball "hamming it up" and we savored the feast along with him. He really gets to have fun on this episode in costume playing the assassin of the "Mad Monk" Rasputin. Palance's daughter Holly co hosts and tells a fascinating story about a song that was cut from The Wizard Of Oz called The Jitterbug. This was a wonderful show and this particular episode was my favorite of all.
