Another well written episode with action, humour and plot twists. Queen Latifah is rocking this role.

I'm loving the show, the characters, the sense of humor and action in the right measure etc, but these final moments of the episodes where they always end up planning everything perfectly and fools everyone is just getting boring. The second episode in a row McCal and her CIA mate do this and it's just too unthinkable that CIA's boss would be fooled so easy. Anyway, I liked the episode and the story in this one would make a great main theme for the whole series. Bad that it doesn't have a straight plot and it's always a random case each episode. Lovin' Queen Latifah at this role.

Plenty of Chris Noth in this episode. He makes more than just a cameo appearance.
Bishop has a mission for Robyn and its straight from the Agency bosses.
A British mathematician on a scholarship grant has overstayed his visa. All Robyn needs to do is to find him and take him to the British Consulate.
It sounds like an easy job. Only Dorian Lundy the mathematician is erasing his digital footprints and he has various bad guys after him.
Robyn needs to keep him safe because he has discovered an algorithm that can decrypt anything. Lundy is valuable both dead or alive.
It is not an original story, even Lundy makes reference to the film Wargames (1983.)
It is an episode where the CIA bosses are shown in a bad light who would throw anyone under a bus. Robyn gets to show her more caring side, that people matter.
There is action but also cunning from both Robyn and Bishop.

Lost hope for the show

I tried to stay positive, but it is clear as this show takes form, it will be nothing like I expected or hoped for.
Hopefully this does not scare production companies from making other remakes of this show/movie. As it really is a theme that should be hard to screw up.
