I guess i enjoyed it
Bruh263_Movies20 May 2022
In my.personal opinion i thought this was an improvement over last weeks episode. I kinda liked barry being in the episode a lot. I also liked danielle panabakers performance. I also liked that unlike other interlude episodes there were barely any jokes of fluff. I also kinda liked the CGI in a way. Now for the cons... I did not like that they didnt use the still force dimension for more stuff. They could have really explored that and maybe had a great episode. I also didnt like the repetetive conversations between caitlin and mark. I also felt that that it was unnecessay to bring nora into the episode and she wasnt really there for anything. I really dont know where this is going

*********** Overall a flawed episode that had some strong pros to carry it. BTW guys dont let me or anyone influence your opinion. You should form your opinion on something instead of listening to other people. Adios:)

WHY DO THEY KEEP DOING THIS TO BARRY??????
atkinsonbub23 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The writers never EVER give Barry good character development. He's been the same dude basically every since the first season. Every once in a while you see he's grown up, but most of the time they make him decide to do "bad decisions" And that he should've "listened to the other team members" etc... What kind of crap is that? BARRY IS THE TEAM LEAD. The writers must have short term memory loss or something. The TEAM should be going to HIM for answers not the other way around. And Joe is super annoying in this season, they should have kept him dead from Armageddon. Nah hahah I'm just kidding, but he seriously is the worst and being too much of a overbearing father to a grown man in this season and even a bit in the last season too. He used to be one of my favorites but he's babying a grown man who can make HIS OWN GOOD DECISIONS.

I'm only giving this episode a 6 because of the still force because it was pretty cool idea and what it was, but it barely deserves a 6. It would deserve no more than a 4 otherwise. I'm pushing through this season to watch the final season, but man it's agonizing. But luckily it is SO MUCH BETTER than the previous season with the trash Forces or whatever they're called and the Godspeed they totally wasted. Much better. But still hate the writers more than anything. It's too bad the writers haven't learned from the fans who've been complaining about this forever. And from what it seems like they never will😔 poor Barry. And poor Grant. They wasted both.

Pretty good

Warning: Spoilers
Well made episode. I loved Barry being the center, that's something I felt the season especially post armeggedon was lacking, but this episode was a cool one. Lots of name drops between Godspeed and zoom, Harry and Jessie, Was pretty cool to see. CGI wasn't too bad, the callback to the hairbrush and Tina's mom was well put together. Caitlin and Mark didn't take take up too much of the episode at all but when they were in it, the acting was phenomenal and you can definitely see both sides, this season is actually doing mark really really good! I think I may have been a little let down because for a very long time I was expecting Godspeed and zoom to actually be in this episode. But besides that, I really enjoyed it, Nora was also cool in the ep, and of course they just had to add barts berp lol. I'm not a huge Bart fan But 🤷🏻. I also do notice Fight scenes have been limited and CGI has been good. Like the "Ride the lightning" scene, probably had some of the best cgi in the entire show, then The finale of deathstorm was cool until I realized we won't get a final fight between Barry and Deathstorm, I was looking forward to one but I think they didn't due to budget, I mean deathstorm looked amazing so they probably had to savor some money. Plus frost and Caitlin finally got some character development and spotlight. I'm not too sure what's going on with deon, I think this disease that iris spread might be effecting him to a sense where his personality is being altered. Overall Great episode and good season so far!

To no one's surprise Wallace is as bad at directing as he is at writing and producing
marihgouvea19 May 2022
Warning: Spoilers
At this point I really got to wonder if he has something against production that he is using as blackmail to keep his job. How does someone destroy a series so well loved in 3 seasons to that extent and still gets free pass to continue it? It amazes me really.

Where to start? The messy structure with unwanted sideplots that take momentum? The insistence in the sidekick's romance most people loath and cannot be explained as anything other than the showrunner using the budget to live out his fantasy with his comic creation and guy he admitted to write as his personal insert in this World? The poorly thoughtout storyline about separation told 3 seasons in a row and fridging the female lead of the show? The mess of a pace directing-wise set by this episode that feels just like Eric's head whenever he gives interviews ("epic", empty, unoriginal, messy, careless and self centered)? I could go on but you get the gist. The new season seems like a worse idea with each passing episode.

Kill Iris
black_ice27321 May 2022
Writers should kill iris and bring back frost. Almost 9 years And every season her character makes me hate her role, provocative, I'm not a follower of the comics, I don't know her real role, but it's impossible to be that ridiculous.

Another great episode this season
b_yocum19 May 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Despite this episode being considered a "filler" episode It felt so much more than that. To start, it was of great to see Nora again as I really like her character since she was reintroduced after season 5. Throughout this episode there were so many callbacks and name drops it was almost hard to keep track of them all! Now to the actual name of the episode "Into the Still Force." I thought the way portrayed the Still Force was very well done, by showing time as constantly shifting and changing. And are we gonna talk about Deon? I feel very strongly that is not the Deon we remember and might potentially be the Negative Still Force as described in Armageddon. This was one of my favorite episodes this season and a solid episode overall for me. Giving this an 8.6/10 but rounding up to 9.

Poor Grant, bro deserves SO much better
ek_0325 May 2022
My God! These poxy "writers" & showrunner surely do like making a mockery out of Barry.

Show: called 'The Flash'

Also show: Not about the Flash at all

I guarantee you they said "Iris" WAY more times than they said "Barry" or "Flash" in this poxy "episode.

I loved that we got to see Barry be the flash finally and him having more screen time than anyone else but I wish Iris had more better story and appearance and not sidelined beside Barry the Flash as a 2nd lead actress ... the time sickness really isn't a big deal and they keep saying everything will be answered but i doubt that they will if given a better story she will be great and Candice is great actor you just have to experiment and experience that.

Ranking every Flash episode: Into the Still Force
lbramson23 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
I enjoyed it. I don't get the hubbub about this episode. Yall are just haters. Why do you hate this episode? Because Godspeed and Zoom didn't show up? Boohoo! Cry about it! You can't rate an episode based on what it could of been when that thing wasn't directly promised. Rate it for what it is and what it is is interesting. It has a compelling story which I like. For a filler episode, it's really good. Looking back, I appreciate how they connected this interlude episode to the main storyline of the next graphic novel. It's really neat and I wish more interludes did that! While the Negative Still Force didn't end up being a good villain, I appreciate that they tried to make him somewhat compelling. The teases, like the reference to Max Mercury absolutely got us talking and that counts for something. This episode didn't do anything amazing, but it's good for what it is.
