Imagine Pierre-Alain Kessel, the man in charge of Human Resources at an important French company. He is visited by his boss who demands he fires one of the best auditors of the firm. Unknown to Pierre-Alain, the place is being raided by the police because most of the executives have been stealing the company blind! Losing his cushy job, Pierre-Alain, a divorced father with two teenagers under his care, must find something for the survival of the family. He has been living high and now must adapt to do without an income lost forever. Hope comes in the way of a small job at a Lyon employment office whose head Leila, has no confidence in the more experienced Pierre-Alain.
