I thought the mystery and thriller will give goosebumps but this is worst. There is long lag in movie. Songs were unbearable to hear. I can definitely say this movie spoiled my new year vibe. Thank you butterfly movie. Twist is very good but I think direction isn't good. 2 hours 15 minutes is very long for this story. You could have completed early without those idiotic songs and the bloody stuff in-between for begging money. There is no need to show everything because audience are not that dumb to watch movies. Cut the crap please. Make it quick. First 1 hour 30 minutes is almost very very boring. You can understand my feeling because i took this much time to write a review on new year 😂😂. I'm literally upset very upset 😭.

The worst thriller movie of the year

My expectations for the movie Butterfly based on the trailer was very high. The trailer looked like a fast-paced crime thriller. In reality, the movie was a slow burn, especially in the first half.
The plot of the movie was expanded and explained too much, it ended up as a dragging and boring experience till climax.
The reason this movie deserves 1 star is the twist and climax of the movie, that justifies it's a movie that belongs to the crime and mystery genre.
Watching this movie for the new year absolutely spoiled my new year vibe too. 😂 The one thing I ended up liking is the first IMDb review for this movie and I absolutely understand how that person like the rest of the audience must have felt after watching this movie.
Overall, this is the worst thriller movie of the year I've ever come across. So, try to take these points into consideration before watching this movie.

Cliche OTT drama that spreads social stigmas

The movie is so amateurish on so many levels. You can only watch it by fast forwarding. The worst part about the movie is that it clearly spreads the rich and poor cliches by putting the maid , the security , the driver as the people who kidnap kids while rich people go about their fancy lives.
Stay away from watching this movie. The director needs to get a life and understand social nuances better.
Anupama parameshwaran acting can't salvage this cliche movie. The plot is so weak that you can sleep through half the film. The story doesn't explore anything in detail than throw usual cliches about men, rich and poor and and useless love story that don't serve any purpose.

Feel good movie, i hope definitely would have enjoy this movie when your family have watching... it has worth for your time and plenty of minute good message is there.... Anupama Parameswaran acting is obviously very well...first half some lagness and silly comedy is there..however the whole concept and main character acting is fine...don't Underestimate this film...and finally I mention that.... i experienced the very worst song and music in this film but still I enjoyed that movie, so I suggest this movie for all..don't miss that experience..It had family oriented films once again I told to you don't Underestimate this film...❤❤❤❤😍
