In this ep of "The Big Bang Theory": Sheldon has invited Stephen Hawking to play "Words with Friends" with him and he accepted. And Penny's revealed to Bernadette and Amy that she's going to a community college for a history class. Leonard didn't know at the time and when she reveals it to him, he can't help overdoing his reaction like she feared. So he reads her paper, finds it terrible, and tries to fix it. And, of course, that didn't go well. Meanwhile, Sheldon wonders why-after giving Hawking his word online-Stephen hasn't replied with his word...This was another hilarious ep of "The Big Bang Theory". I mean, besides what I described above there's also Howard and Raj giving competing version of certain accents and their earlier dance to some "Star Wars" stormtroopers moves on the computer. So on that note, "The Exract Obliteration" definitely fired on all cylinders!

There are some great bits here. First of all, Penny is taking a college American History class. Leonard wants to get involved and rewrites her paper. Raj and Howard dance to Star Wars dance tape. Sheldon is carrying on a game of Scrabble with Stephen Hawking. It's great stuff.

I thought this was the best episode of series six so far.
Thank goodness we are now done with the whole 'Howard in space' saga, which has dogged the show from the moment it was brought up. Those episodes of him floating around in space still haunt me.
This felt very much like a good old fashioned 'Big Bang Theory' episode, with all the characters being given lots to do, and Bernadette saying very little. Happy days.
At the heart of this show has always been the Leonard and Sheldon relationship, so I was glad that some focus was given to that dynamic here.
Overall, a much better episode, hopefully this quality will be sustained.

This episode exemplifies the majority, if not all episodes, that men are bad, women are good. The female characters on this show are awful people. Penny emotionally manipulates her fawning partner, while Bernadette emasculates hers, and then there's the other one who started out well, but who is now no different from her cancerous girlfriends, awful.
The writers of this show don't like men, apparently that's okay, but allowing white privileged women to run roughshod over deliberately pathetic men is the sweet spot. This show is sexist to its core.
