- Spots of blood are seen on the floor in front of a toilet where Mishka is sitting. Before she flushes, we see the liquid in the bowl is bloody, and two plum-size globs of dark matter (the aborted embryo).

- Mishka takes a large quantity of unidentified pills which induces an abortion.
- We see that the father is taking ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic used to treat anything from sinus infections to gonorrhea. Mishka is concerned about why he needs it.
