Butch Gilzean : [Butch Gilzean tries to convince Theo Galavan that the Penguin purposely chopped his hand off] ... And the Penguin just went crazy. I mean, like... crazier than I've ever seen him. He said it was me that set up the count house raid, said I was a traitor and a rat. Then he... he came at me with a cleaver. I tried to protect myself and he did this. Sick bastard.

Theo Galavan : Hmm.

Tabitha Galavan : How'd you get away?

Butch Gilzean : There was a lot of blood. A lot. And he... he tried to take another swing and he slipped and fell and so I just ran. I ran and I ran and then... the next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital.

Theo Galavan : Huh.

Butch Gilzean : Give me a shot, Mr. Galavan. Let me show you what I can do.

Theo Galavan : Well, I'd like to help you out, Butch, but I already have several capable, two-handed thugs in my employ.

Butch Gilzean : They don't know Gotham like I do. I got brains, you ask anyone.

Theo Galavan : What do you think, ladies?

Tabitha Galavan : I think he's cute. Like a sad bear.
[Butch Gilzean lays his hand on the table in front of the Penguin]

Oswald Cobblepot : Dear me. A mallet. That's, um... useful.

Butch Gilzean : Don't even start.
