Made for the Wicked Passions couples label of Wicked Pictures' "Waiting on Love" emerges as an okay, nothing special romance starring Carter Cruise, with fine acting down the line but a hardly engrossing storyline.
Title puns on Carter's profession as a waitress, with a crush on her bartender Michael Vegas but inevitably ending up with studly neighbor Chad White instead. Her roommate Karlie Montana is a bright spot in her performance, in raising in my mind the notion that she should have been cast in the lead instead of Carter (flipping their roles).
Chad, recently the go-to actor for many a female director ranging from Jacky St. James to Missa X, is okay as a guy lamenting the absence of his career-oriented wife who's left for New York and the Broadway stage (played by Stormy herself) and the rest of the cast inlcuding NonSex players like Dana DeArmond all do a good job.
But it adds up to less than scintillating diversion, not really competitive with stronger stuff in today's Adult marketplace.
