Strong characters.

Strong characters.

Female unique personalities. West is a drug addled failing-brothel owner. Mercy sakes, even her clientele cannot get the flags to stand at full mast. Mayhap she is losing money. So, her workers off themselves?

Tip is now female permanently, or was all along. Turns out she/he wasn't really a boy all along. It was that dratted prison-keeper what dun it, until Scarecrow Lucas came along last week.

Dorothy's absolutely beautiful red gown was a stunner. She even had the red fluttery things of her predecessor, plus the gold and ruby glove-ring thingies. This was all a quite stunning outfit. Dorothy even had ruby slippers to match. Mama mia.

Wizard's council member. Quite the smart one, she. Succulent?

Gypsy circus people had intriguing costumes. The guy juggling balls or something in the wagon was interesting.

Toto is always a good doggie. Where's Toto? He always shows up, to lead the way.

The wizard is still smarmy, unsure of himself, not really knowing what his purpose is. Grow a couple. Frank Morgan ????

Scarecrow Lucas. Still a cutie. Saves Dorothy from some baddies.

I really liked the way they made this episode! It was great to see things develop with a beautiful story, with a cast that has such a good chemistry together, to make things better for the phenomenon known as "Emerald City". Get yourselves into safety, the unexpected is possible in this hidden gem💎

Episode 3

Somehow the episode really did not click with me and yet we are only on episode 3.

Dorothy just wanders through Oz and just bumps into danger when Lucas is not playing around with her gun and firing bullets.

Dorothy realises with Lucas's help that the Wizard's guards want her dead. She reckons if the tornado brought here here, then it can take her home and tries to get to the tornado that she can view at the Wicked Witch of East's castle, even if it means pretending to be the wicked witch as she has her hand jewels. More importantly Dorothy thinks her real mother might had also visited Oz.

In Emerald City, the Wizard is surrounded by witchcraft which disturbs him It also shows that he is not in control as three women ascend high up and then commit suicide. The Wizard does confide in Ana that his real name is Frank Morgan.

Tip who went to sleep as a boy and then woke up in the finale of the second episode as a girl is trying to change back. Jack and Tip find a herbalist who can recreate the medicine he was taking. The herbalist finds out that Tip was always a girl, the medicine the witch gave her, hid here true sex.

Things do not end well when Jack tries to kiss Tip.
