This is "Brand New Day", the music video for the song of the same name by Bryan Adams. It was released last year and is relatively short at under 4 minutes. Adams has won so many awards in his long career and also been nominated for three Oscars, so it is no surprise that he got Oscar-nominated actress Helena Bonham Carter to star in this little film. But honestly, even her doll-like face cannot make up for the fact that her love interest in this movie is maybe almost half her age and it feels a bit strange. Also the scenes never feel creative, touching or actually artistic to me, so in my opinion it is nothing more than a failed attempt at creating something exceptional. The song itself is extremely generic and forgettable, which is pretty disappointing as there is some stuff by Adams from the past that I quite enjoyed. But his voice does not shine at all in this release from last year. I give the whole product a 4 out of 10 and I think that's still pretty generous.
