Unreal Estate: 8/10 (pretty enjoyable, second half is particularly good with the right mix of goofy and clever jokes) Code Yellow: 7/10 (fine, nothing actively bad and some decent jokes, but nothing special either)

One of the best modern SpongeBob episodes

Warning: Spoilers
Okay so this episode is genuinely funny. It starts when Squidward grinds pepper all over SpongeBob's house to convince him that he's allergic to his house so that SpongeBob can move somewhere far away from Squidward since he doesn't like him (I know that was obvious but it was just for those who are starting to get into this show).

So anyway, Squidward and Sponge decide to check out every house available - this includes a giant chest of drawers, a coffin with loads of Spiders in it, a banana, a hot pepper, a chilli burger, a castle and finally an abandoned rocket (the thing is... they don't realise it's an abandoned rocket because it's covered with junk on the outside).

Both Squidward and SpongeBob are amazed by how wonderful the interior is; SpongeBob even says that he thinks it's cooler than Squidward's house and Squidward, surprisingly, agrees. In fact, he convinces the Sea Sponge that the house is too cool for him - he also says that he can take his old house in exchange for the abandoned rocket.

Squidward begins his new life in the rocket, he rests in a comfy chair by the fireplace, sips coffee and then he goes to bed. Before he falls asleep, he sets his alarm clock for the morning.

When Squidward wakes up, however, he realises that the alarm clock is not an alarm clock but a countdown to launch (he also finally realises that his new house is a rocket). Squidward takes off into Outer Space and then crash lands in his old neighbourhood. He then asks SpongeBob for his old house back, SpongeBob refuses. He then asks for SpongeBob's pineapple, but it was sold or given to Patrick, Patrick also refuses to give his house up. In the end, Squidward ends up taking Patrick's old rock.

So that's the story. I think it's nice to see another evil plan by Squidward horribly backfire as it further establishes his position in underwater society as a definite loser. The moral of this episode is that selfishness, sloth and arrogance don't go unpunished, which is ultimately a good thing.
