The Confidence Erosion
bobcobb3019 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
There are not many plots this show has not tackled 11 seasons in, but finally analyzing the destructive presence Howard has been on Raj over the years was one, and a good one to take on given the importance of mental health conversations the world has been having recently. Was it the funniest episode or story? Of course not, but I found it interesting.

We also had a sweet moment with Sheldon and Amy at the court house when he realized he does want a wedding. Sheldon has been one of the most complicated characters in TV history, but when he gets humanized in moments like this it makes you appreciate this show being on the air, overrated nature and all.

He Had It Coming

If they were real people, Raj would have every right to never interact with Howard again. He is acerbic but he is that way with most people. Raj's innocence and lack of confidence are such easy targets. So this episode is quite logical. The marriage thing with Sheldon and Amy is funny at times but quite predictable.

Poor Raj. Not!!!

Warning: Spoilers
So Penny basically destroys Leonard around every corner. He's short, he's a nerd, he's indecisive, he's lactose intolerant, he loves comics and toys, etc. Bernadette is the rudest little Smurf you've ever seen. She even got people fired at work, by lying, to further her career. Amy talks abt animals like they're mindless objects and gets monkeys addicted to cigarettes, then kills them to dissect their brains. There are no saints on this show. But, suddenly Raj thinks he's a victim. Why? Bcs his best friend's ribbing is too much?! Howard is a GREAT friend and if you're 16 and you've never had a best friend yourself, then you might think that he's rude, but he's not. Raj when drunk is the most obnoxious one of the lot and he totally deserves Howard's friendly attention and ribbing. They're best friends for God's sake !!
