Warning: Spoilers
This is a weaker episode but Hannes has some nice lines about how he wants things to go back to how they were who could blame him after an intense battle this episode was always going to be slower hopefully we get to see ehats happening with Eren and Reiner at the moment 7/10.

Quiet but moving

This episode was mostly just a calm before the storm, but for a quiet episode it was still exceptional. This episode did a lot of background storytelling between Eren, Armin, Mikasa, and Hannes. The characterization is amazing. Each character feels like they have real emotions and it's very easy to empathize with them. The flashback was enjoyable and the dialogue was lovely. Great episode.

This is just something else!

Ever since I started watching Attack on Titan for me it was like some of the best thing I've seen on TV ever. But seeing this episode and how the characters were being builded I was almost tearing. This was probably one of the best of the "calmer" episodes of AoT. Sure, the main conflict from last episode was concluded in a very surprising way, but still the characters and the dialogues were out of this world and made this episode such an emotonal ride. At a point they seemed so real, their struggles seemed so real that I wanted to get in there and give them a hug. I have never ever felt something like this for a show ever since LOST. I really hope this season continues to amaze me cause up until now it is one of the best seasons I've ever seen in my life. 10/10

9.9/10, Near-Perfect
dcdude-269889 October 2023
Even though this was a 8.4 on IMDb, I personally feel like this was a near-perfect episode. This was kinda of like the "Long, Long Time" episode of The Last of Us of Attack On Titan. This episode really shows how Eren, Mikasa, and Armin have been together since the beginning, since the very first episode I mean. This was just emotional. Anyways, my favorite characters in this episode were obviously Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. My favorite things about this episode were the storyline, the dialogue, and the acting. This is one of those episodes that is just way too underrated for it's rating on this app.

The Unseen Battle Within
