Episode 208

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was a whole lot of talking. I understand that the producers felt they needed an episode like this to give the characters more dimension and show where they stand, but it almost felt boring.

This season has had a few highlights, but the substance is really lacking. An episode like this just exposed that.

Come to a Grinding Halt

It feels like the shows lost all momentum.

The only scene I enjoyed was Misty's interrogation with Shades. Everything else was quite boring.

Alfre Woodard's performance is yet again inconsistent. There were a couple scenes of laughable overreacting and some scenes where she was quite convincing, i.e the scene with Tilda.

I think one of the main problems with this season is the episode count. Such a story would've been better in eight episodes rather than thirteen. Everything feels very stretched out and tedious.

Disappointing

Another disappointing episode. Everything seems to be dragged out at this point, so expect lots of padding and chit chat between characters who should be more involved and involving.
