Just no
clairesmaybin18 February 2020
Another Amazon Prime offering that offers nothing at all. And I paid for it, too. Three unlikeable women holed up in a house with all the shrieking that goes with it and a poor guy having to put up with it. No reason and no resolution. Awful. No reviews here, either. Let that be a lesson to me and I hope it helps those who come after me. Don't bother.

complete waste

This movie felt like it was 35hours of absolutely nothing. It has no point, no plot, it's going nowhere...I don't know how somebody could come up with this "brilliant idea" for a movie, but I deeply hope they won't do it again. I'm giving the second star for the all-the-time suspense. But that's it.

Contained Thriller Horror
disembodiedfilm7 April 2024
I am a big fan of contained thriller/horror movies where you take away everything and the characters are forced to have to stay in one place and "survive" whatever bad thing is happening. What I enjoyed about this film, is the idea of combining elements of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Tell Tale Heart" with elements of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds". Setting the story in a remote cabin works, and then having each character one by one go crazy works. When you are stuck in one location, it can easily become claustrophobic and that feeling of worry, and unease I think was really done well. I love low-budget indie films, and know how hard it is to make them, and I loved the creativity in this one.

Nail biting

I love these kinds of contained thrillers. I found this nailbiting. I constantly was wondering what was going to happen next and who would be the next one to suffer consequences. Great job! Great acting. Great ending! Kudos to the writing and directing. The editing was excellent as well. And I loved the sound because in movies like this, the sound is everything.

Also, the set design and location added to the suspense intention of the film, as well as the situation where the characters are brought together only to experienced horrors they had never expected to experience in their everyday lives.
