I didn't know how they would go after last episode which was one of the best but this was a good follow up, unmasking the new Green Arrow and I'm really hyped about this new character, seems like a great character in the comic books.
The fight choreography in that hallway scene was top notch, it doesn't feel fake like it did in previous seasons. Overall great episode!
The character development for Oliver in this episode was great to see, he has changed for the better. I've disliked Felicity for a long time but this season have made her into a decent character, giving her a good arc that have lead to her developing more as a character.

New Year, New Arrow

Surprisingly enough, I was very much impressed with how big this episode felt. Arrow came off one of its best episode of all time with "The Slabside Redemption" and I was intrigued as to what "Unmasked" could bring to the table. While it isn't as strong as could have been, it sets the show up for a very exciting and different new year after the crossover passes. There is certainly more effort put into plot development than last year. The flash-forwards seemed to pick back up a little, though they were middling at best. Katherine McNamara's Blackstar received a weak introduction, with her Black Widow style action scene being the only interesting aspect of her character thus far, aside from her connection to future Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Speaking of Felicity, I felt that her drama with the newly released Oliver (Stephen Amell) was of top quality. Nothing felt forced, and both parties made very valid points regarding their troubled situations. Oliver, inevitably putting the Green Arrow costume back on was a treat and made way for an awesome long-take fight scene in a busy nightclub, something that harkened back to season one. While the entire storyline leading up to said exchange may have been tedious, it was a necessary detour to flesh out Queen's new agenda, which will surely be a cool one. As for the reveal of the New Green Arrow, I felt a little underwhelmed. While I love the concept, the execution left much to be desired. As it stands, Arrow felt very much in command of its stories, with plenty of groundwork laid for the episodes to come and while the entirety of it all felt rushed at times, "Unmasked" was a fine way to cap off the first half of the season.
Fantastic

Arrow is back. It's back, it's great. Character-wise, I think that this was the best episode of the season. I am the biggest criticizer of olicity, but the drama this episode was top-notch. The decisions everyone made were understandable (the fact I have to compliment this says a lot about S6), the dialogue was sparky, there were lots of small plot twists...
I also want to talk about this villain. I liked this villain. He had a connection to Oliver, the actor was good, he was just a good arrow villain. For that, I already put him on a higher spot than someone like Cayden James.
And hell I even liked the Argus stuff, which I normally hate! (maybe the fact that an organization bigger than the CIA has only one room and 10 soldiers has something to do with it) The Dante painting story is intriguing...
Great episode. If Amell, the creative team at Arrow or anyone is reading this, great job. This is my Arrow. This is the show I love. Congrats.
Omg.... just wow

A shocking reveal.

Arrow 7.08 (3 out of 5 stars).
Decent episode. Arrow returns to the city and helps the police hunt a criminal that is trying to copy the Green Arrow. And they also find out the person who is copying Arrow hidden agenda. There is some cool fun action and fight scenes. Oliver and Felicity are trying to resume their lifestyle. The story is flat out boring with no development. Meanwhile, there is a shocking twist in the end about a characters reveal which gets you excited about what is going to come. And also a post credit scene that is setting up for the next crossover.

Warning: Spoilers
It's so great to see that they showed Oliver being affected by prison and not being all normal again and felicity letting him know she changed while he was gone and is a new strong person tho she can be a little crazy, than again who isn't.
Broken Arrow

Like an arrow in flight, this season just keeps a downward trajectory. Episode 10, was first episode I ever reviewed in Arrowverse, but it's getting bad enough it's hard not to. Oliver is so wided eyed innocent boy this season, like he's still pre-arrow on yacht thinking everything was sunshine and no evil in the world. Future storyline is stupid and not interesting. I mean where is one-armed Oliver? If there's anything Arrowverse has taught us, it's that the future can change, so who cares about this storyline? And why do all future characters act so overly dramatic?

A Serious Improvement
Sam_Morningstar4 December 2018
'Unmasked' is not only a new episode but also an old one. Here Oliver sees the changes that occurred when he was gone. But here he "Returns To Basics" (sort off). He dawns the hood again but not in the same way as before. Like all episodes this season- This episode is beautifully divided into; Present Time and Flash-Forwards. This episode help give Felicity the Character Development she Deserves. The action in this episode reminds us of Season 1's. The ending is something to simply enjoy and sit there in awe of it.
So overall an improvement since the last season.

Few episodes after the prison episodes, the show just felt like a headless chicken. There is no main villain anymore and the other archer is revealed, and she went from badass to jobber.
Emerald Archer is bad creative episode. Nice try tho.
So far not sure where this season is going.

Gun agenda
kat129865 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I don't like Hollywood screenwriters pushing political agenda. This time about guns. Oliver freaked out that Felicity had a gun and was willing to use it to protect herself. He literally kills people with arrows. But guns are somehow worse?
Granted she admitted to getting the gun illegally, which is dumb.
