Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • A shot of a gangrened infested leg wound. A man-child dips his finger into it to have a taste.
  • A captive man is smothered to his death.
  • Woman finds a (very fake looking) severed head wrapped in a trash bag and then vomits.
  • The bloodless, butchered remains of a human male are found (a headless torso and one left foot). A girl uses the severed foot to help (somehow) jam a door closed (maybe).
  • A man takes a severe bite out of a woman's leg.
  • A man has his (rather short) tongue forcefully pulled from his mouth.
  • A woman is elevated by a meathook in her back, left to bleed out.
  • Slivers of flesh are carved out from the tongue-less man and delivered raw on a plate for the family's supper, which they each consume voraciously.
  • Psycho surgeon has been constructing a piano with all of the keys replaced with human fingers.

Profanity

  • It's mostly British profanity so it's either a lot or a little depending on if you can understand what they are saying.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Any and every scene involving the effectively creepy old lady named Beryl (Annabelle Lanyon). She's like a pint-sized Dolores Umbridge mixed with the rapping granny from "The Wedding Singer'.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • The finale of deaths: Creepy old lady gets choked the eff out -- psycho surgeon is shot before being impaled in the ear with an ice pick -- final girl has her arm sliced -- man-child gets his cheek bitten off -- and bad cop gets a meathook to his calf and one in his chest before being uber-tasered in the face.
