As we follow Bill bouncing back and forth to Atlanta while his wife is crumbling at home, there is a loss of flow to this season. The issues there are taking away from the creative intent of this show. Don't get me wrong. The murders of the children in Georgia are a significant event but the show is Mindhunter. Perhaps it will eventually focus on this aspect of the case. Right now it seems no one can really focus.

Fraying

The team is beginning to fray as they get pulled separate ways by personal issues and work distance. A good episode in terms of storyline and acting.

FBI Coming to Town

So dark. It's like cat and dog fight or hide and seek. Holden goes stable but Bill is nearly at the age of inevitability. Wendy fall in love or does not want to be alone no any clues yet. Murders are getting increase and families are getting hopeless.

Warning: Spoilers
This Atlanta setting is just not working for me this season. The banter, or lack thereof, between the leads is just not doing it either. A lot of the special aspects of season one of this show are absent here when they focus on a singular premise instead of a different bad guy each week.

Not entertaining

One of the things that I liked about this show is that almost every episode there is a new case that they solve but this season feels like true detective where the whole season is just one case or two which is a bit boring because you know that every episode will just have more leads until they solve it in the last episode.

Brian's problem

Warning: Spoilers
We saw again the son of Bill and we saw also the repercussion of the case on Bill's work. His wife ask for help but Bill cant with the work. We saw also Carr have some relationship with the other woman and we saw that they really care for each other. Holden is still in the case and his investigations make the theory of the black killer fa se and he t ied to put his convictions in theis case. The maire is more and more under pressure with the media. They have some witnesses and llocations of the murder. They investigate and try to know more about the killer. That was pretty interesting: same structure but the psychology is still there. And we wondering how it will end and if they will find the killer and the missing childs. How Holden willl make his conviceions righe or if he is in a big mistake. Bill and the problem with his child will make him difrerent? How the maire will deal with this? Need to see more.
