Prizzess is the go-between who gets JJ to show, and there's a suitable adversary in India Summer as the d.a., quite a change of pace for her after playing the unscrupulous lawyer for Lesbian Legal firm in early episodes of the show. Rounding out the small cast is cute Quinn Wilde playing the corpse, who we get to see having Sapphic sex in flashback with Cruise.
These are strong performers who make their characters, even the over-the-top one played by Carter, seem real. Main drawback is an unsatisfactory non-ending, leaving the story unresolved.
